Thank you for your interest in Live & Learn: a Sonic/Shadow Zine!

Live & Learn is a safe-for-work Sonic the Hedgehog fanzine exploring the relationship between Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog throughout the franchise's history. (Note that this includes romantic content.)

This is an unofficial fanzine. We’re not affiliated with SEGA or Sonic Team. All profits made after production will be donated to Rainbow Railroad, a non-profit organization helping LGBT+ people escape discrimination and persecution around the world.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

This is a preorder shop. Shop will close on February 19th 2023 (midnight EST).

Physical preorders are now closed. The Digital Bundle can still be preordered until June 24th 2023 (midnight EST). Note that digital bundles will only be sent once shipping for the physical bundles starts.

 

By purchasing a bundle, you understand that:

◆ All items are mockups, and may be slightly changed during production.

Once preorders close and manufacturing starts, all orders will be considered final.

◆ Your order will only be shipped 4 to 5 months after preorders close. Any change to the projected schedule will be announced on our socials.

◇ You must contact us for any address change before shipping starts. (See: Cancellation and refunds.)

◆ Any digital part of your order will only be sent right after physical bundles are shipped. Make sure you’re ordering from an e-mail address you have permanent access to.

What’s a stretch goal?

Stretch goals are free bonus merch items you’ll receive with your order if we hit certain sales goals. They cannot be purchased separately.

You can see our stretch goals, as well as which stretch goals have been unlocked already, on our Stretch Goals page. Each bundle lists which stretch goals it qualifies for.

What’s the early hedgy bonus?

The early hedgy bonus is a free bonus merch item you’ll receive with your order if purchased during the first 24 hours of our campaign. It cannot be purchased separately.

- If you've received a promotional code for an exclusive bonus from the Live & Learn newsletter: during Checkout, leave the code in the Notes or instructions (optional) box. You will receive a confirmation by mail in the following days. Only applicable for an order containing at least 1 physical product/bundle.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped from the United States. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail once shipping starts.

We are shipping worldwide, however, do take note of the following:

◆ COVID-19 regulations in place in certain countries may cause delays in shipping.

◇ International orders may be subject to additional taxes/customs duty. Please refer to your local postal service for more information.

◆ We are currently unable to ship any physical bundle to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Due to current conflict in the region, the following countries are also at risk of not accepting packages: Russian Federation, Ukraine. Please refer to your local postal service.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

This being a preorder shop, once preorders close and manufacturing starts, all orders will be considered final. Cancellations will only be accepted if requested during the preorder period.

We will do our best to ensure your products are shipped in the best conditions. However, we won't be able to offer a refund or an exchange if:

- The order was undelivered due to the customer giving a wrong address or failing to update their address prior to shipping.

- The order was undelivered due to the customer not paying additional taxes/customs duty.

- The order was damaged or missing due to events out of our control during shipping (postal carrier mishandling, theft, weather damage, etc.).

In the event that an order could not be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be asked to cover shipping charges again.

We may offer a refund if:

- The order was undelivered or damaged due to negligence on our part (mistyped address, bad sealing).

- The order was missing items, or contained one or more incorrect or damaged/faulty items.
